After signing up, go to Settings > Integrations and click "Connect Stripe". You'll be redirected to Stripe to authorize ChurnGuard to access your customer and subscription data.
ChurnGuard accesses customer information, subscription data, invoices, and payment history. We use this data to calculate churn risk scores and provide retention recommendations. We never access your Stripe balance or make any changes to your account.
Our AI models typically achieve 75-85% accuracy in predicting churn 2-4 weeks in advance. Accuracy improves over time as the model learns from your specific customer patterns.
Yes, you can export customer risk scores, analytics reports, and campaign data in CSV format from the dashboard. Enterprise plans also have API access for custom integrations.
You can cancel your subscription anytime from Settings > Billing. Your access will continue until the end of your current billing period.
