1. Agreement Overview
By activating a ChurnGuard AI subscription you grant our team the right to process customer data solely for churn prediction, retention workflows, and related analytics.
2. Customer Responsibilities
You are responsible for securing the appropriate end-customer consents and ensuring your data sources comply with regional regulations.
3. Service Commitments
We maintain 99.5% uptime for core services, provide support SLAs defined in your plan, and deliver retention metrics via the dashboard and scheduled exports.
4. Cancellation & Data Handling
Cancel anytime through the billing portal or by emailing support. Upon termination we retain data for 30 days for reactivation purposes before secure deletion.
5. Liability
Our liability is capped at the fees paid in the preceding 12 months. We provide the platform and best-practice guidance but final retention decisions remain with your team.
