ChurnGuard AI is a Stripe App that runs directly inside your Stripe Dashboard. To get started:

1. Visit the Stripe App Marketplace and search for "ChurnGuard AI"
2. Click "Install" to add ChurnGuard to your Stripe Dashboard
3. Authorize the requested permissions (customer, subscription, invoice, and charge read access)
4. ChurnGuard will automatically begin syncing your customer data

• Dashboard Home — an overview of your churn risk metrics across all customers
• Customer Detail — individual risk scores when viewing any customer

After installation, ChurnGuard syncs your customer and subscription data from Stripe. The Dashboard Home view shows:

• At Risk — number of customers flagged with elevated churn probability
• Churn Rate — your trailing 30-day churn rate
• Revenue at Risk — total MRR from at-risk customers
• Customers Saved — customers retained through interventions this month

If you have no customers with active subscriptions yet, the dashboard will show zeros with a message explaining that data will appear once subscription activity is available.
